such a model

This layout was inspired by ANFSCD. I didn't have the products she used, but I used other things I had sitting in my room waiting to be used. It was the perfect project for the pictures since I didn't know how I would have put them together on a page. I have been wanting to use glitter splatters and confetti on a page and this project included that. It's something I will use again in the future.

when i grow up...

I made this layout using Shimelle's sketch of the week. I'm glad she used the frame paper in a different way. I've had this forever and never used it since I had no clue how to work with the flowers around the edges. For the pink strips I simply used the backside of what I cut. The challenge was to make a Christmas layout, but I didn't have any Christmas paper (or something that could go along with it) that had a frame around it!
When Kaylee grows up she wants to own lambs, live on a farm, marry a farmer, and be a vet. She has talked about this for almost a year now. This is one of the reasons why I love to scrapbook...I forget what I wanted to be at her age, but now I won't forget by the time she is my age and asks me about it.

grateful

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, so I thought I would make a layout about being grateful for my two daughters. I love the way this one turned out. I cut out patterned paper for the leaves and used a white gel pen to make the leaf veins.

halloween

It has been a great Halloween weekend so far. Saturday was K's birthday party and we went to the neighborhood Halloween party. She loved the haunted house and hayride. Today my mom took her to Sea World to trick or treat and see everything decorated for Halloween. Tomorrow should be fun too. ;)

Tonight I finally scraped the Halloween picture from last year. This year I won't wait so long! I love this page since I love Halloween.

Love You Both

Love You Both More and More Each Day.

I've been making banners on a lot of my scrapbooking pages lately.
